Ordering shoes on-line can be challenging. Not only can the size vary from street shoes they can vary from manufacturer, the toe box maybe too tight, the heel maybe be too sloppy.
With the Good Fit Plan you can be sure your new shoe fit GOOD or we will exchange them at no additional cost to you.
- We will pay the shipping back to our store.
- We pay the shipping of your new size to you, at no additional charge.
- The shoes must be returned in the original packaging.
- The shoes must not have any marking on them.
- The shoes must be tried on only in a clean environment with no moisture.
- The good fit plan is non refundable, it is to be used to exchange the same style shoes for a different size.
- Exchange must be made within 10 days of the delivery day.
- The Good Fit Plan does not cover the restocking fee for shoes returned for a refund.
- The Good Fit Plan is a one (1) time limit on the shoes returned for a different size.
