RETURN POLICY

Heatproshop.com has a 30 Day Return policy from the date of the delivery. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost and insurance for returns to our store. The product must be unused and returned in its original manufactures packaging and show no signs of wear or use. Shoes must be tried on for size on a clean, dry surface, returned shoes must have no dirt or scuff marks or they will not be accepted. They must look like they just came out of the box.

The product must be returned in the original manufactures packaging. Returned in a separate protective outer box or packaging.

Returned product will be processed within 72 hours of the delivery date to our store. The refund will be processed by the same method it was originally purchased. A 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund on each returned item.

Any items returned after 30 days of the delivery date, we will issue a store credit minus the 15% restocking fee.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers can return product (That is not defective) for an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.  Exchange examples: Size, Color, Weight etc. Customer will be responsible for shipping and insurance to and from our store.

Customer is responsible for any addition cost of the exchanged item and will be processed before delivery of the new product.

Exceptions are if you purchased a protection plan at the original time of the original purchase.
